about

The Super 8 was an adrenaline-fused collection of eight songs, most of them written spontaneously and with passion and fury. It took two weeks to create the eight songs and only 3 hours to record, yet it still remains as one of the greatest RockLords albums.

During a phenomenal writing session, where the Super 8 album was created out of thin air, this track was yet another than came out of nowhere. Mark heckled Bob saying that he hadn't started a song throughout the session and that it was his turn. In an attempt to throw Kerry and Mark, Bob broke into a blistering 7-beat which the trio began to improvise. The trio played it for about half-an-hour straight in an attempt to remember the riff, so good was it. The track is named after Bob's wife, Kristy.
