In 1993, the RockLords began with an August 25th jam session that sparked a musical movement - and from that rose the Gypsys. This improvisational band gathered enough material for seven albums and a live offering before completing their discography with a greatest hits package and then fading away in 1997 as RockLords bands like Cynosure and Shift took centre stage.

After unearthed recordings from 1999 and following the end of Shift, the Gypsys re-emerged in 2004 and since then have been periodically bringing albums of adventurous and somewhat bizarre improvised material. Now, five albums after their rebirth, they release this collection of the best of their second era... and just in time for their 21st birthday!
