In December of 1995, Kerry Logan and Bobby Logan's parents bought three hours of studio time for the pair. The went out to Rowan Studio in Kaponga, Taranaki, and recorded their most complete song at that point - Farmer, which they would later re-record for The Art album the next year - and, with the half-hour left of their time, they smashed out the Gypsys classic: "Am".
