In late 1998, Cynosure had just effectively broken up and the three remaining members, myself, Mark and Bob, wrote an angry set of songs that were totally improvised and pure awesome. In 1994 I wrote the main riff to the song and, that next year, I showed it to Mark whom added the chords sitting over top of it, as we recorded it in a 4-track effort that was ascribed to the Gypsys back-catalog. When Shift got hold of it in late '98, we added to it and it became part of the Super 8 sessions.
